Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receipt of the goods, you must do so by informing us in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. You can do so by emailing us at: cancellations@cellphoneconnect.co.uk. Or call our Customer Service department on 0208 4572470 option.6.
If you have received the goods, you must return all items including the manufacture box for cancellations within seven days of receipt. Please call our office to request a return number.
It is the customer's responsibility for the safe returns of all goods. All items must be returned as they were received with the original packaging and full contents included, along with documentation and proof of purchase. Items returned in a less than pristine condition or damaged or missing packaging will incur charges to cover the cost of the items. You, the consumer, are responsible for all despatch costs for returning items, unless the handset is faulty. If an item is not in the same condition as when supplied, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation, or apply an additional charge to compensate.
If Cellphone Connect has refused cancellation, return of the item to the consumer will be at their own cost. Please note that for all non-defective returns and cancellations after the order has been processed a 5% administration fee will be charged in order to reimburse your credit/debit card.
